You lead human-centered design and lean experimentation to validate solutions with real users, shaping market-leading digital touchpoints. This role partners with cross-functional squads to reduce friction and elevate patient and professional outcomes.

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of end-to-end UI/UX design experience with strategic design execution
• Advanced degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or related field
• Prototyping expert with mastery in Figma, Sketch, Axure, InVision
• Strong Agile, Human-Centered Design (HCD), and Lean Experimentation experience
• Proven ability to defend design rationale to executives and development teams
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and advocacy for seamless user experiences
