Experteer Overview
In this role, you act as a technical and application expert to shape tailored processing solutions that improve operational performance for food-industry customers. You work with sales teams to demonstrate value, validate performance, and design integrated systems. You will lead demonstrations, run field trials, and provide hands-on guidance to ensure solutions balance performance, reliability, and cost. This position sits at the intersection of technology, customer value, and cross-functional collaboration within TOMRA Food.

• Prepare technical specs, designs, performance analyses, quotations, and documentation

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Automation, or equivalent
• Experience in Agri-Tech, food processing, automation, or related industries
• Spanish and English language proficiency
• Experience supporting customers in sales, applications, service, or solution development
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles in sales or service
• Ability to analyze operational data and propose technical solutions
• Experience preparing technical documentation and customer presentations
• Experience with system design, process evaluation, and equipment integration
• Knowledge of CAD and design software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks
• Structured problem-solving and decision-making approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Customer-focused communication skills
• Valid work permit/visa as required
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within the EMEA region
• Valid driving license
