Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced

Salesforce CRM Functional Trainer & Adoption Consultant

to support business users in the effective adoption of a CRM platform. The role focuses on user training, change management, functional support, and adoption of Sales, Customer Service, and Contract Management processes.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver onsite and remote training sessions to business users. Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and documentation. Conduct functional demonstrations and hands-on workshops. Provide functional support and resolve user queries. Drive user adoption and change management initiatives. Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams. Monitor training participation and gather user feedback.



Report on training progress and adoption outcomes.
