About the Role

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to join our growing Security & ICT team. You will provide technical support throughout the pre-sales process, contribute to product strategy, and work closely with sales, HQ, and partners to deliver competitive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Support HQ with product planning by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
- Collect and analyze business requirements and competitor information to improve products and solutions.
- Conduct market research to support product positioning and pricing.
- Provide technical support for projects, including solution design, requirement analysis, proposals, tenders, and technical documentation.




- Deliver technical training to distributors and system integrators.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 3+ years of experience in the CCTV, ICT, or high-tech industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; training experience is a plus.
- Proactive, analytical, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Native-level Spanish; proficiency in English or Chinese preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Experience working with system integrators or project-based solutions is preferred. xkdbapo Experience with consulting firms or engineering/design consultancies is a plus, but not required.
