As part of the TDIHS

you will be involved in all steps of the Windows OS lifecycle aiming at providing efficient, automated, up-to-date Windows server solutions to our application colleagues.Your challenges:
* Monitor the performance of our externalized run supplier, in conjunction with contract management (SLAs follow-up, invoices control, security patching level, problem management, ...)
* Identify and lead the implementation of corrective actions in case of a supplier performance gap
* Support the definition of our Windows server standards and technical designs to meet our customer needs while targeting his highest possible value for money
* Implement in the Spanish environment the latest Windows standards and designs defined at our team level
* Support our customers in the integration of our Windows solution during their application design and roll-out phaseYour profile:
