The Spain General Manager will be responsible for the overall establishment, operation, and business development of the company’s photovoltaic module recycling business in Spain.

As the local business leader, the position will drive market entry, customer development, government relations, operational setup, and future team building. The role will work closely with the headquarters team in China to implement the company’s European photovoltaic recycling strategy and establish a sustainable recycling ecosystem in Spain.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Overall Business Management & Strategic Implementation
- Take full responsibility for the overall operation and management of the photovoltaic module recycling business in Spain.
- Lead the implementation of the company’s local business strategy and regularly report business progress, operational performance, and strategic execution results to Group Headquarters.
- Act as the key representative of the company in Spain and drive the successful establishment of the local business.

2. Market Development & Business Expansion




- Build and lead the regional market development strategy based on the characteristics of the Spanish photovoltaic and renewable energy market.
- Establish the local marketing system, including brand promotion strategy, customer acquisition plans, and market expansion initiatives.
- Accelerate market penetration and create new business opportunities within Spain’s photovoltaic recycling sector.

3. Sales Management & Customer Network Development
- Manage nationwide business development and sales activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including:
- Photovoltaic power plant operators
- Solar installation companies
- Renewable energy companies
- Electricity providers
- Other relevant industry partners
- Develop recycling supply channels and customer networks to achieve annual recycling volume and revenue targets.
