Experteer Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer at adidas, you will help build scalable cloud-native platforms used by millions. You join an international engineering team, contributing to backend, frontend, APIs, and event-driven architectures across Digital Tech or Brand u0026amp; Creation Technologies. You will define technical roadmaps, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality software. This role offers exposure to modern cloud-native stacks and a chance to shape adidas’ digital experiences.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Join an international team of engineers building cloud-native platforms
• Help define the technical roadmap for services in scope
• Design and develop microservices-based applications
• Create rich APIs and integrate with other APIs and event platforms (e.g., Kafka)
• Implement CI/CD using adidas platforms
• Deploy and operate cloud-native solutions on Kubernetes
• Align and evolve team processes and engineering standards
• Implement code quality assurance, reviews,



and best practices
• Identify and manage technical debt
• Mentor software engineers within the team
• Engage with stakeholders including Business Teams, Product Owners, QA, Architects, SREs and external partners

Responsabilidades
• College or university degree with focus on IT or equivalent education/experience
• Minimum 7 years IT experience with product development lifecycle
• Experience leading engineers or technical initiatives (a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent English
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools and processes
• Strong software quality assurance mindset and engineering excellence practices
