Jobgether is seeking a Product Manager (Internal HRIS / HR Tech) based in Spain to lead HR technology product discovery, requirements, and roadmaps across Core HR and Time Off. You will work with Design and AI-assisted development to convert complex needs into actionable specs and ensure secure, scalable admin workflows.
You will drive backlog management, stakeholder interviews, and UAT, shaping product sign-offs and go-live readiness across SSO, data migration, and RBAC.
