We are seeking a Data / Research & Insights Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is instrumental in transforming data into strategic insights that drive decision-making, shape innovative campaigns, and optimize business performance.

The adecuado candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with strategic thinking, proactively identifying opportunities and influencing both creative and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Convert complex datasets into clear, actionable insights with strategic business impact.
Track metrics across campaigns to identify success patterns and optimization opportunities.
Build and evolve benchmark frameworks, measurement methodologies, and reporting standards.
Apply trendhacking techniques to turn emerging market patterns into forward-looking recommendations.
Utilize tools like Sprinklr and Brandwatch to gather consumer, cultural, and competitive intelligence.
Design and execute research initiatives that support client growth, strategic planning, and new business.
Create high-impact reports and presentations that translate complex analytical data into compelling narratives.
Partner with strategy, creative, and account teams to guide decisions and deliver regular brand performance analyses.
