As we continue to grow, we are looking for an on-site IT Support Engineer with fluent English and a minimum of 2 years of experience in user support and IT infrastructure management, both on-site and remotely, including VIP user support.

Workplace: Tarragona, Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software and end-user computing.
Resolve, log and monitor incidents using ticketing tools.
Provide on-site support at the plant and remote support to other group locations.
Install, configure, update and replace IT equipment and applications.
Provide support for meeting rooms, video conferencing systems and mobile devices.
Manage and keep the IT asset inventory up to date.




Provide Smart Hands / Hands & Eyes support and collaborate with external service providers.
Provide specialized support to VIP users.
Participate in technology projects and deployments.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support.
Knowledge of IT environments and infrastructure in industrial plants.
Experience or knowledge of OT (Operational Technology) is a plus.
Fluent English, both written and spoken, for international meetings. (Mandatory)
Autonomous, proactive and customer-oriented profile, with a willingness and curiosity to learn.
Ability to work closely with the Plant Manager and international teams.
Availability to work on-site in Tarragona.
