In this Senior Software Test Engineer role, you lead verification and validation across cloud, web, and mobile platforms within a regulated medical device setting. You partner with engineers, product managers, and QA teams to embed quality early in the lifecycle and ensure compliant, scalable software delivery. You design robust test strategies, drive automation, and shape testing practices in a growth-minded, customer-first culture. • Lead end-to-end verification and validation across cloud, web, and mobile platforms
• Translate requirements into test plans and cases (manual and automated)
• Design, build, and scale test automation frameworks for API, web, and mobile

• Maintain traceability between requirements, risks, and tests per regulated practices
• Define functional, integration, system, and regression testing strategies

• Support risk management activities including defect triage and root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, architects, and QA to ensure testability and early quality
• Participate in design reviews to verify inputs/outputs meet quality and regulatory expectations
• Mentor engineers on automation practices and continuous improvement across testing frameworks

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years in software test engineering, verification, or quality engineering
• 2+ years in regulated software development environments (medical devices, digital health)
• Strong expertise in software verification/validation, including defect management and traceability
• Experience designing and implementing automated testing across API, web, or mobile platforms
• Experience with modern CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines)
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript for test automation
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills, collaborative mindset
