About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Designer and Brand Steward with strong FMCG experience who combines hands-on design expertise with the ability to supervise and mentor a wider creative team.

This is a senior, execution-focused role for someone with a strong eye for detail, excellent brand consistency and high craft standards. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality design work while also reviewing and guiding the work of other designers, ensuring consistency and quality across projects.

You’ll work closely with Creative Directors, designers and international clients,



helping translate brand and business needs into clear, engaging and effective creative solutions. Strong English communication skills are essential, as the role involves direct collaboration with international clients and stakeholders.

Experience in e-commerce and familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute high-quality design work across FMCG projects and brand communications.

Ensure strong brand consistency, visual quality and attention to detail across all deliverables.

Review, supervise and provide constructive feedback on the work of other designers.

Mentor and support junior and mid-level designers, helping them develop their skills and maintain high creative standards.

Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, designers, copywriters and other creative teams throughout the project lifecycle.
