We're looking for a Creator Strategy and Growth Manager to join our Creator Strategy team, within our Marketing team, in our Barcelona studio hub on a hybrid basis (2 days in office). This is a Fixed Term Contract of 6+ months.

The Marketing team deeply understands a game’s audience, creative strategy and priorities. They are the glue between the Brand, Product, and our Player Communities that will redefine our social strategy to amplify our games across new and existing social channels while building a meaningful community for our players.
What You Will Do
You'll help shape and run the influencer marketing initiatives that turn creator content into measurable impact - managing budget, agency relationships,



and the day-to-day operations that keep every campaign on track.
You'll balance performance-oriented influencer marketing (installs, CPI, ROAS) with brand-oriented influencer marketing (awareness, community, brand voice), working closely with UA/performance marketing, brand and legal/IP teams. Staying on top of market trends and best practices in mobile performance marketing are key. Responsibilities include:
- Run Influencer Marketing Operations : Own creator selection and vetting, content brief coordination, and campaign flighting across YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and Twitch for multiple game titles.
- Own Agency Relationships : Negotiate rates with talent agencies, resolving day-to-day issues as campaigns run.
- Support Influencer Marketing Strategy : Help shape the creator strategy across the portfolio and translate it into operational plans, timelines, and campaign briefs.
