Mosaic Conseil is a boutique remote consultancy that focuses on the precision of business artifacts. We do not produce slide decks or manage standing retainers. Instead, we take specific business documents like three year plans, pricing grids, or diligence files and rebuild them from the ground up. Our process is centered on the evidence found in the invoice ledger rather than corporate theory. Every project we take on follows a strict internal protocol: one person builds the model and another person argues against it. This method ensures that every assumption is tested before the work is returned to the client. We stay small to ensure that the people doing the analytical work are the same people who answer the telephone when a client has a question. This is a permanent, full-time, and fully remote position.

Our partner is a leading Spanish financial institution, and much of our current work involves assisting them in refining their operational models and data structures. In this role, you will assist our analysts in managing the technical workflows that allow us to rebuild these complex financial artifacts with speed and accuracy.
