Olive Tree Consulting is currently working with a Spanish renewable energy provider to help them improve how their leadership teams coordinate daily work. The Data Reporting Assistant will support this engagement by gathering, organizing, and clarifying the information that helps our consultants track project health. This is a full-time, remote position suited for someone who values accuracy and wants to learn the fundamentals of management advisory support.

About the Role
In our advisory practice, we focus on the practical habits that keep a company running smoothly. Often, the biggest challenge for a client like our renewable energy partner is that useful data is buried in long email chains or forgotten meeting notes. This role exists to prevent that by creating a clear, written record of progress. You will work closely with our lead consultants to ensure that the data we present to client leadership is reliable and easy to understand. Because we are a remote firm, you will manage your own workflow while staying in close contact with the team through shared documents and messaging.



This is a paid position, and the compensation is attractive for an entry level professional starting their career in the consulting sector.

What You Will Do
Review project logs and team updates to identify where work is slowing down or where decisions are stuck.
Update internal spreadsheets and tracking tools with the latest figures from the renewable energy project.
Draft short, plain-language summaries of weekly activities for our internal team meetings.
Check client documentation to ensure that ownership of specific tasks is clearly recorded and dated.
Help prepare simple data visualizations, such as basic charts or tables, to show trends in team performance.
Reach out to client staff to collect missing information or to verify the status of ongoing tasks.
Organize shared digital folders so that all project evidence is accessible and correctly labeled.
