The Role

We're hiring an HRBP to join the Spain & Türkiye Talent team. You'll own full-stack HRBP partnership for five functions — Marketing, Global Comms, Global Affairs, Legal, and Products & Technology (excl. Ads) — building direct relationships with leaders and each function's Functional HRBP across both countries. As an HRBP at Netflix, your role will be to provide guidance, coaching,



and thought partnership on a range of people topics to the leaders and teams you’re supporting. This is a high‑ownership generalist role for someone interested in building genuine functional depth.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic talent partner for leaders across Spain & Türkiye, collaborating with them to translate business goals into clear people strategies and priorities.
Day-to-Day HR Partnership: Provide practical, HR support to leaders and employees across Marketing, Global Comms, Global Affairs, Legal, and Products & Technology (excl. Ads), in direct partnership with each function's Regional Functional HRBP. Partner on strategic talent initiatives across culture building, organizational development, talent management, and inclusion and diversity.
