Responsibilities

Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze and disseminate data with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to analyze large databases to identify patterns/trends and highlight statistics.
Develop a deep understanding of the data reported to clients, business metrics, and factors that may affect performance.
Perform ad hoc analyses to identify the consistency, availability, and quality of data compared to the model.
Tell cohesive stories with data and make presentations on findings to stakeholders.
Create new KPIs and improve existing ones.
Work with BI developers to create analytical tools and visualizations that allow users to explore data and discover insights on their own.
Collaborate with data teams on advanced analytics projects.
Drive process efficiency by identifying automation opportunities and implementing scalable solutions.
Evaluate, adopt, and integrate emerging tools and technologies to improve team productivity and system performance (including AI).




Collaborate in an interdisciplinary manner to optimize workflows through automation platforms and scripts.
Maintain a continuous learning mindset by staying up to date with industry trends and experimenting with new software tools.
Document and share best practices for tool use and automation strategies across teams.
