As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for managing customer orders and enquiries, ensuring efficient service throughout the entire order-to-delivery process. You will work closely with the Supply Chain and Finance teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and the smooth handling of daily operations.

What you’ll do:
Key person in International Customer Service department.
Monitor orders throughout the entire process, from receipt to final delivery and manage the communications with customers .
Prepare all documentation for international transport and customs,



respond to enquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner.
Ownership of Invoicing and collections process.
Coordinate with the relevant internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Prepare and manage commercial and administrative documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order information in the company’s systems.
Prepare affiliates weekly sales reports.
Manage Affiliates Monthly closing, including invoicing and inventories reconciliation.
Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

What we’re looking for:
Education or training in Business Administration, Commerce, Customer Service, or a related field.
Fluent Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
A good level of Italian and/or German would be an advantage.
Previous experience in Customer Service, order management, administration, or a similar position will be valued.
