La posición que buscamos incorporar, un Responsable de turno para nuestro centro de trabajo ubicado en Toledo que se encargará principalmente de coordinar y supervisar todas las actividades operativas contratadas por el cliente, así como la gestión del equipo de trabajo que las lleva a cabo, de acuerdo con las normas, políticas y directrices marcadas por la Compañía

¿QUÉ VAS A HACER?

Gestión Operativa
- Organizar y distribuir las tareas diarias del equipo.
- Supervisar la correcta ejecución de la operativa asignada.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de la planificación diaria.
- Coordinar el cambio de turno asegurando una correcta transmisión de información.
- Realizar el seguimiento de la actividad y resolver incidencias operativas.

Gestión de Equipos
- Coordinar un equipo de manipuladores y personal ETT.
- Realizar el seguimiento di
