We are looking for a Project Controller to complete our consultants Workforce Management Service to support the Business Management & Administration Department of the European Space Agency (ESA) at their location in Madrid, Spain .

Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at the interview stage).

The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:

Monitor project budgets, costs, spending, and resource planning to support effective project delivery;
Assist managers in preparing and tracking annual budgets and financial plans, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions when needed;
Support procurement activities, including planning, coordination, contract preparation, purchase orders, and supplier follow-up;
Ensure financial and procurement documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with organizational procedures;
Maintain and update project, financial, and resource data within internal systems and pl
