Role Description The Senior Sales Executive role at MBE - DRG SOLUTIONS SL is a full-time, on-site position based in Barcelona. The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions and services. The role also involves monitoring market trends and competitors, providing accurate sales forecasts, updating CRM records, and contributing to sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. The Senior Sales Executive is expected to represent the company professionally at industry events and work closely with leadership to support long-term business growth.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, account management, and business development in a relevant industry.




Strong skills in customer relationship management, consultative selling, and contract negotiation.
Ability to manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, pipeline management, and deal closing.
Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software for tracking leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on meeting targets and improving sales effectiveness.
Fluency in English and Spanish; Catalan or any other additional European languages are an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment in Barcelona, with flexibility to attend client visits and events.
