Centre / Hotel Operations Manager

Sea Recovery – Sotogrande, Spain

Sea Recovery is seeking an experienced Centre / Hotel Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our premium residential recovery centre in Sotogrande.

This is not a conventional hotel management position.

Our clients come to Sea Recovery during highly sensitive periods in their lives, including recovery from addiction, burnout, emotional difficulties and other personal challenges. They expect exceptional service, complete discretion and a calm, highly structured environm
ent.The successful candidate will take ownership of the entire residential and hospitality operation, ensuring that accommodation, staff, schedules, meals, transport, wellness activities and external professional appointments work seamlessly around each client’s individual programme.

The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring that Sea Recovery operates every day to an exceptional standard — operationally, personally and professionally.

Your responsibilities will include:

Centre & Hospitality Operations




Oversee the complete day-to-day operation of the centre and residential properties.
Maintain exceptional standards of accommodation, housekeeping, presentation, maintenance and guest service.
Ensure communal areas, private spaces and outdoor facilities are consistently maintained to a premium standard.
Coordinate housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, transport and other operational services.
Identify operational problems early and ensure they are resolved quickly and professionally.
Support smooth and discreet client arrivals, stays, transitions and departures.

Client Experience & Recovery-Sensitive Environment
Maintain a calm, structured, predictable and supportive residential environment.
