Main Mission
The Country Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of all business units within tIberia Area, ensuring profitability, operational excellence, and strategic alignment with group objectives. This role includes full P&L; responsibility of the country, team leadership, and the development of local market strategies across Service Business, Photo Distribution, and Thermal Transfer Ribbon activities.

Develop and execute the country strategy across all business units.
Ensure profitability and sustainable growth of the local office.
Monitor and optimize financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
