In this role you will:

We are looking for a curious, analytical, and action-oriented person who enjoys solving problems and learning by doing to join our team in Barcelona, starting in January 2027.

Your future responsibilities:

Gather innovative ideas: Collect new concepts from a wide range of stakeholders (Product, Sales, Operations, Partnerships teams, etc.).
Manage end-to-end tests: Take note of and prioritize ideas, integrate them into a clear roadmap, coordinate real-life tests with the Sales teams, analyze quantitative and qualitative results,



and share insights with key stakeholders.
Deploy successful projects: Identify initiatives that deliver good results and collaborate on scaling them up.
Monitor and benchmark disruptive ideas: Develop a catalogue of potential improvements with a view to continuously improving internal processes (technological and technical development).

Your profile:

Are currently studying for a Master's degree and are looking for a gap-year internship between Master's programs
