Job Title: Robotics Business Development & Project Manager (Spain)
Location: Spain, Remote, Open to travel

About this role
We are looking for a BD & Project professional to help grow our business in Spain while supporting customer projects and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage distributor and reseller partnerships.
Identify and engage strategic customers across manufacturing, logistics, retail, hospitality, and facility management.
Support exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing activities.
Assist with customer pilots, deployments, and proof-of-concepts.
Coordinate technical discussions between customers and AgiBot teams.
Identify new use cases and partnership opportunities.

Requirements
Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), with Spanish/German as a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Concise, structured, and commercially minded.
Business development,



sales, consulting, or project management experience.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Willingness to travel within Spain and Europe.
