Demand Planner Iberica (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

Own and lead the demand forecasting process for your category, ensuring high forecast accuracy and optimal product availability across short, mid, and long-term horizons (volume and value)
Act as a key partner for Sales and Marketing, translating market trends, promotions, launches, and delistings into reliable demand plans
Maintain, review, and continuously improve forecasting models, planning master data, and replenishment strategies in SAP / IBP
Play a key role in the S&OP; process, preparing data, supporting consensus meetings, and providing clear insights on availability, promotions, and lifecycle activities (phase-in/phase-out)
Monitor forecast accuracy
