Summary

In this role, you will lead Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence's Customer Engagement Applications Delivery function, managing a team of internal engineers, developers, configuration specialists and external partners responsible for delivering, enhancing and supporting business-critical commercial applications.

You will be accountable for the technical delivery, continuous improvement and operational support ("build and run") of Hexagon's Customer Engagement technology landscape, including Salesforce, SAP CPQ, ServiceMax, SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and related enterprise integrations.

Working closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and business stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring high-quality delivery, application stability and continuous improvement.

This is a people leadership role requiring strong experience managing technical delivery teams across multiple enterprise platforms.

Technical Delivery & Engineering Leadership

Lead,



coach and develop a high-performing team of developers, configuration specialists and technical leads responsible for Customer Engagement applications.
Manage technical delivery across Salesforce, SAP CPQ, ServiceMax, SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and related enterprise applications.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from solution design through development, testing, deployment and production support.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
Promote engineering best practices, Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps principles and continuous improvement.

Own the technical delivery and operational support of Customer Engagement applications, including:
