Your role
As the General Incident Response Manager, you will play a key role in protecting Symrise's global technology landscape against cyber threats. You will lead and continuously improve our global security monitoring and incident response capabilities across IT, OT, cloud, and digital environments.




The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on cybersecurity operations, ensuring threats are detected, analyzed, contained, and remediated effectively. You will work closely with global IT, OT, infrastructure, and business teams to strengthen cyber resilience, improve security visibility, and ensure a coordinated response to cybersecurity incidents.
You will also contribute to the development of modern threat detection capabilities, incident response processes, threat intelligence integration, and vulnerability management programs, while providing insights into emerging threats and security risks to IT leadership and the CISO.
You are an experienced cybersecurity professional with a strong background in security operations, incident response, and enterprise security monitoring. You are comfortable working in complex global environments and can combine technical expertise with strong communication and coor
