Educato is building an AI-powered exam tutor used by 100,000+ students worldwide. Our mission is to help every student learn smarter, score higher, and actually enjoy the process.

We’re now bringing Educato to Spain, and we’re looking for someone who can help us build and expand our presence across the country.

Your Role

You’ll own Educato’s go-to-market strategy for Spain end-to-end, working closely with our general team to adapt our playbook to the Spanish market.

With your understanding of student life, digital culture, and Spain’s education ecosystem, you’ll shape our market-entry strategy—from identifying the most promising exams and student segments to launching creator partnerships, building communities, and driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Market research and strategy: Identify high-potential exams and student segments, map learner journeys, and shape Educato’s local positioning. Build clear launch plans with timelines, priorities, and channel strategies.
Creator and partner growth:



Identify and secure collaborations with Spanish creators, educators, academies, universities, student organizations, and online communities. Maintain a structured pipeline and track reach, sign-ups, CAC, and ROI.
Social and community building: Launch and grow Educato Spain across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Build and moderate learner communities and develop student ambassador programs.
Content launch readiness: Ensure app-store listings, landing pages, FAQs, campaigns, and user communications are accurate, culturally relevant, and written in natural Spanish.
User insights and product feedback: Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests with Spanish students. Turn findings into clear recommendations for Product and Growth, and close the feedback loop with users.
Post-launch growth and reporting: Strengthen partner relationships, scale the channels that perform best, and report on key metrics so the team can quickly
