About The Role

We are looking for motivated and ambitious people in Marbella who are ready to build a career in the Dubai property market. Whether you are new to real estate or an experienced agent, this role offers a strong platform, professional training, and ongoing support in a fast paced, client focused environment.

What you will be doing:

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors and property owners, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable properties
Stay updated on Dubai's property market trends, pricing, new developments and available inventory
Provide professional property consultations in line with RERA and DLD regulations
Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting and marketing activities
Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client requirements
Advise clients on available opportunities across the Dubai property market, including ready and off plan properties




Negotiate offers and terms between all parties and successfully close transactions
Assist with documentation and guide clients through the full transaction process
Work closely with marketing and admin teams to maximise property exposure and ensure an efficient client experience

Who we are looking for:

Currently based in Marbella (or nearby) and ready to relocate to Dubai within 1 to 3 months
Background in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality or real estate
Highly motivated, disciplined and target oriented
Financial stability is essential (commission based role, 6 months of savings recommended)
Excellent communication, relationship building and negotiation skills with strong English (additional languages are an advantage)
Driving licence preferred, as you will need one in Dubai
