Role Description The Head of E-commerce / Growth role at CIRCE Health Science is a full-time, on-site position based in Palma. This role is responsible for leading the overall e-commerce strategy, managing online sales channels, and driving sustainable revenue growth across digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing product listings and pricing, optimizing the customer journey and conversion funnels, coordinating digital campaigns with marketing, and monitoring performance across all e-commerce KPIs. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance, and customer support), identifying new growth opportunities, and implementing data-driven initiatives to improve acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value. The Head of E-commerce / Growth will report on performance, manage budgets, and ensure that digital activities are aligned with the brand’s health science positioning and long-term business objectives.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, KPI tracking,



and use of analytics tools to inform decisions.
Proven experience in e-commerce management, including online store operations, platform administration, and conversion optimization.
Demonstrated success in sales growth, revenue management, and developing commercial strategies for digital channels.
Marketing expertise in digital campaigns, performance marketing, and customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Experience in business planning, forecasting, and budget management for e-commerce or growth-focused initiatives.
Prior leadership experience, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Comfort with using CRM, marketing automation, and e-commerce platforms; familiarity with A/B testing and growth experimentation methods.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or specialized certifications in digital commerce
