About the position

As part of the firm's growth plan, we are looking to incorporate a Director/Executive Director (ED) to work in the Corporate Finance team advising clients on S&V;, M&A;, CS&R.;
The Director/ED will serve as a key leader in the execution of M&A; transactions, Valuation and Capital advisory mandates, supporting business development and origination efforts, working closely with clients and cross-functional partners.
