At Brandty, we are looking for a Senior Real Estate Sales Specialist to join a property development company based in San Javier, Murcia.

We are looking for someone with sales experience in the real estate sector who is proactive, resourceful and strongly results-oriented. Someone who enjoys being close to clients and the market, who knows how to follow an opportunity through until it becomes a sale, and who has the initiative to create new business opportunities.

Previous team management experience is not essential. What we are looking for is solid industry experience, strong commercial drive, a digital mindset and the potential to progressively take on greater responsibility within the sales function.

This role offers a clear development path: you will start in a highly hands-on position directly focused on driving sales, with the opportunity to grow professionally as you learn the business,



deliver results and demonstrate your ability to take on broader responsibility within the sales area.

What will your focus be?

At this initial stage, your role will be primarily focused on generating sales, converting opportunities and expanding the company’s commercial network.

Lead management and conversion

Directly manage leads generated through the company’s marketing campaigns.
Contact and qualify prospective buyers.
Understand their needs, motivations and purchasing criteria.
Actively follow up on every sales opportunity.
Support clients throughout the different stages of the sales process.
Manage each opportunity with a clear focus on conversion.
Identify why certain opportunities do not progress and provide insights that can help optimise the sales process.
Work closely with Marketing, providing feedback on lead quality and the performance of different acquisition initiatives.
