We are looking for a temporary Event Coordinator to join the Business Operations department, under the Workplace Experience team.



This role exists to support one of the most operationally intensive periods of the year: Strategy Week, a series of company-wide events that requires dedicated, focused effort to deliver to the standard it deserves.
The Workplace Experience team is currently operating at full capacity managing core recurring responsibilities, while also navigating a significant internal restructuring. Responsibilities are being redistributed across the team, new vendor and procurement management processes have been introduced, and several major projects are in progress. Bringing in temporary support enables the team to deliver Strategy Week without compromising business operations or the quality of day-to-day work.
