WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Provide a high level remote technical support for issues escalated to European HQ technical team. Assisting, when required, with both internal and external customers on the installation, commissioning and repair of Panasonic heating and cooling solutions products.
Facilitate product commissioning within the LSO’s,



assigning it to the suitable resources with project follow up throughout the process ensuring quality assurance and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Prepare project documentation for pre-sales data and after sales support.
Collaborate with our Marketing Team on the creation of the necessary IoT & Connectivity marketing material and support our solution experts for training.
Collaborate with and coordinate Product Manager on the management of the Training Centers to keep them up to date, especially for the uninstallation of old product and installation of new one and collaborating with them in order to technically review new product's Installation and Service manuals.
Support product documentation development, work with product teams and factories, proof and review technical content. Including, but not limited to ErP documents, test reports, DoC, specification documents, II, OI and SM.
