The role

This is not a traditional HR role. We need someone who can hunt elite DTC talent, close them fast, and then build the people systems that retain them. You'll own everything from sourcing and poaching to onboarding, performance frameworks, and compensation design. You'll work directly with the founders and report to the COO.

What you'll own





Build and maintain a live pipeline of 20-30 pre-vetted candidates across all key roles at all times — so we never start a search from zero
Proactively poach top talent from competing DTC brands, agencies, and holding companies — particularly in creative strategy, media buying, copywriting, and CX
Run full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, outreach, interviews, test tasks, offers
Design and implement onboarding processes that get new hires productive within the first 30 days
Build performance management frameworks — OKRs, KPIs, 90-day ramp plans, quarterly reviews — across all departments
Own compensation benchmarking for DTC roles across US, LATAM, Philippines, and Europe
Manage HR operations: contracts, compliance, payroll coordination with finance, offboarding
Partner directly with department heads (creative, media buying, CRO, ops) to understand what great looks like for each role before a search starts
Build succession planning infrastruct
