Human Resources Trainee
We're looking for someone curious, organised and genuinely interested in learning how People & HR works in a general company. You'll join our international HR team and get hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding new colleagues to supporting HR processes that help our people thrive.
You'll work with employees across multiple countries, support day-to-day HR operations, learn how HR systems and processes work in practice, and get exposure to a fast-paced, global organisation where people truly matter.
What you'll actually do
You'll get involved in a wide range of HR activities, not just one area. That includes:
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Assisting with HR administration and employee documentation while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Helping coordinate HR development activities and learning initiatives.
- Supporting employee records and ensuring data is up to date across our systems.




- Managing administrative processes related to students and interns across the organisation.
- Assisting with HR projects and process improvements that help us work smarter and more efficiently.
- Preparing HR-related communications, presentations and reports.
- Working closely with HR colleagues across different countries to support our global workforce.
- Using digital tools and technology to streamline HR processes and improve the employee experience.

What we're looking for
- You're currently studying a Bachelor's degree or, preferably, a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Relations, Law or a related field.
- You must be able to sign an internship agreement ("convenio de prácticas") through your university or educational institution.
- You're comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- You work in a structured and organised way, paying attention to the details that matter.
