Role Description The Head Accountant is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting strategic financial decision-making. This full-time,



on-site role in Fuenlabrada includes managing general ledger activities, supervising accounts payable and receivable, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. The Head Accountant will monitor cash flow, control budgets, reconcile bank and supplier accounts, and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and tax regulations. The role involves leading and mentoring the accounting team, coordinating with external auditors, and collaborating with management to provide financial analysis, forecasts, and recommendations. The Head Accountant will also help improve accounting processes, systems, and internal controls to support the company’s growth and operational efficiency.
