What will your functions be?
Gestionar de forma proactiva el cobro de deudas mediante llamadas telefónicas, correos electrónicos y reuniones internas y externas.
Realizar el seguimiento de la cartera de clientes para asegurar el cumplimiento de los plazos de pago.
Resolver incidencias y disputas relacionadas con facturación y cobros.
Impulsar y coordinar los procesos internos de escalado cuando sea necesario.
Colaborar estrechamente con diferentes departamentos y entidades del grupo.
What are we looking for?
Experiencia previa realizando funciones de cobro o similares.
Valorable conocimiento del sector logístico marítimo.
Nivel de inglés avanzado.
Habilidades de comunicación y trato con clientes.
