General Description

The Talent Attraction Specialist is responsible for leading and executing end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure the organization attracts and hires top talent. This role works closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver an engaging and high-quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities:
Execute the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, phone screenings, interviews, and ongoing communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Build strong, trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline aligned with current and future business needs.
Identify and evaluate new recruitment channels, providing recommendations based on the needs of Win Systems.
Report regularly on the status of assigned vacancies, flag potential risks early, and provide continuous feedback on recruitment performance.




Manage job postings and select the most effective recruitment channels according to business priorities and geographical needs.
Conduct proactive searches and maintain a pool of external talent for key positions.
Prepare regular reports on recruitment progress and metrics.
Conduct exit interviews for departing employees when required.

Requirements and skills
2+ years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruiting role.
Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience hiring technical/software profiles (nice to have — not required; you can learn this with us).
Strong results orientation, with determination to meet targets and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Creative mindset with the ability to continuously improve and innovate recruitment strategies.
