About the Role:
The Sales Programs Associate Director is responsible for developing and leading strategic sales programs that accelerate pipeline generation, improve sales productivity, and drive revenue growth across the organization. This role partners closely with senior Sales Leaders, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Sales Strategy, Enablement, and other go-to-market stakeholders to identify business opportunities, define program strategies, and execute initiatives that deliver measurable commercial outcomes. As a strategic leader,



the Sales Programs Associate Director oversees a portfolio of sales growth initiatives, establishes program governance, and drives adoption across multiple regions, segments, or business units.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Program Strategy and Leadership
•Develop and execute sales program strategies that drive pipeline creation, accelerate deal progression, and improve revenue performance.
•Partner with senior Sales Leaders to identify business priorities, performance gaps, growth opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
•Establish program objectives, success metrics, governance structures, communication plans, and operating rhythms.
•Lead a portfolio of sales programs across multiple regions, business units, products, or customer segments.
