Let us show you what you could do with us, and how you can impact the world being a HEMA consultant: Your Responsibilities: - You will join the team as Senior Biostatistician Consultant: - Act as a lead analyst on projects including ITC, Network Meta-Analysis, clinical trial data analysis, Real World Evidence studies. In that role: - Interact with the client to have a good understanding of their need - Identify optimal methodological solutions to address the need - Lead the implementation of the corresponding solution, supported by statistical analysts, and development of high-quality deliverables - Lead client meetings - Act as a project manager on projects including ITC, NMA, RWE, and analyses of clinical trials: - Act as the main point of contact to the client - Coordinate the work of team members internally - Represent company expertise in capabilities, presentations, conferences, and external events, and contribute to the preparation of proposals - Providing management and technical support to other team members within the department - Coach junior team members (guidance on methodological expertise, soft skills, and professional development. Your Responsibilities: - Responsible for delivering on a cluster of projects within the Statistics delivery (RWE, evidence synthesis, biostatistics)



- Acts as a Project Manager, Lead Analyst and/or technical advisor on projects within your specialty Operational Excellence: - Accountable for quality checking that the staffing on projects within your cluster is optimal - Safeguard for quality of deliverables within your cluster–set standards of excellence and transmit know- how to project teams and delivery managers under your supervision.
