Team Overview
The Solutions Marketing team helps sellers engage customers through consultative, buying-group-centered conversations that address priority business issues. The team translates general customer insights, solution narratives, buyer personas and playbooks into practical, locally relevant tools that help sellers shape demand and advance upper-funnel opportunities across international markets.

This role reports to VP, Product Marketing.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- Build and scale customer-centric sales enablement across international markets, adapting global solution narratives to local market dynamics, regulatory environments, vertical priorities, seller maturity and buyer expectations.
- Develop buying-group, persona and use-case-based enablement, including playbooks, talk tracks, discovery questions, objection handling,



competitive messaging, customer proof points and sales journey guidance.
- Translate complex customer challenges, market trends and solution portfolios into clear, practical tools that improve seller confidence and customer conversations.
- Turn customer insights, voice-of-customer feedback and regional seller needs into programs that help sellers understand, communicate and shape customer thinking around priority business issues.
- Create scalable frameworks, templates, governance models and activation plans that support consistent and locally relevant enablement across regions.
- Partner with regional sales, product marketing, product management, sales enablement, marketing, legal, compliance and subject-matter experts to deliver field-ready materials.
