We are looking for a Floater Sales Associate to join our retail team within El Corte Inglés across various locations in Madrid, providing operational and sales support according to business needs.
- Contract type: Permanent.
- Working hours: 36 hours per week.




- Shifts: Rotating morning and afternoon shifts from Monday to Saturday.
- Work locations: Shop-in-shop Menswear departments at Preciados, Serrano, Goya, Sanchinarro, Pozuelo, Castellana and Princesa.
- Mobility: The selected candidate will provide support across the different operational points of sale according to business needs (holidays, absences and planned reinforcements). When no coverage is required, their main activities will be carried out at ECI Castellana Menswear.
- Start date: Immediate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the retail sector (luxury retail is a plus).
- Intermediate English level (B2).
- Driving licence: Desirable.
