? Your Mission

The Quality Technology & Digital Manager is responsible for leading the digital transformation of Manufacturing Quality across Roca Group. The role drives the implementation of Quality 4.0 initiatives, advanced technologies, automation, artificial vision systems, and data-driven solutions to improve product quality, manufacturing performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Acting as the link between Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Automation, and IT,



the position will develop and deploy innovative digital solutions that modernize manufacturing and inspection processes, increase operational efficiency, and support Roca Group's industrial excellence strategy.
