The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior People Insights Advisor to help modernise and simplify CSIRO’s People data, reporting and technology landscape.
In this specialist role, you will combine analytics, systems thinking and stakeholder engagement to deliver scalable workforce data solutions, improve reporting processes and enable evidence-based decision making across the organisation.
A core focus will be transforming how People data and analytics are delivered at CSIRO. You will drive automation and data quality improvements, build modern and self-service analytics capabilities, and establish sustainable ways of working that reduce manual effort and improve access to reliable workforce insights. You will also lead workforce equity reporting, including WGEA and gender pay gap analysis, and translate complex data into clear insights for senior decision makers.
