About the Role
We're hiring a B2B Sales Manager (Acquiring) with hands-on experience in payment acquiring, merchant acquisition, and payment processing. The adecuado candidate has a strong network of European merchants, particularly across low- and medium-risk verticals, and understands the full acquiring sales cycle — from prospecting and commercial negotiations to onboarding and go-live.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and acquire target merchants for our acquiring and payment processing solutions across European markets, with a focus on low- and medium-risk verticals
- Prepare custom proposals, agreements, and deal structures
- Assess client needs and tailor solutions to meet their business goals
- Lead negotiations and meet sales KPIs and revenue targets
- Pitch our products and solutions during events, meetings, and personal introductions
