Developing our business in different markets allows us to add a space for a motivated Account Manager - Europe.

Role Overview: We are seeking a contractor to support our Account Management team. This role is project-based or ongoing, depending on performance and business needs.

Scope of Work:

- Communicate with customers in the post-sale process.
- Upsell and promote new products.
- Drive cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities within dedicated territory.
- Promote existing product by improving positioning.
- Ensure that existing and new products are promoted in an efficient way.
- Develop and maintaining long term relationship with customers.
- Work closely with sales and marketing manager to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

- Strong technical acumen with the ability to link it to business value.




- Proven and consistent track record of sales performance and knowledge.
- Analytical, structured, highly driven and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.

- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to drive and coordinate projects independently.

- Availability and flexibility to travel occasionally as needed.

- Ability to invoice services (mandatory).

This is not an employment contract

This role is offered under a contractor (outsourced) agreement
