Role Description This Executive Sales Representative role is based in the Greater Barcelona area (other areas of Spain could be considered) and follows a hybrid work model, combining on-site meetings with clients and colleagues and some work-from-home flexibility. The Executive Sales Representative will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage and grow existing accounts, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, negotiating terms, preparing proposals,



and following up on leads to drive revenue growth. The role also involves monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to improve offerings and customer experience. The successful candidate will maintain accurate sales records, report on performance, and represent POLSAN GROUP in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in an international or multicultural environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities in a part-time schedule, and thrive in a hybrid work setting across on-site and remote activities.
