Job Overview
We are currently scouting for high-caliber professionals for a Swedish Speaking Search Engine Customer Expert position in Greece. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced IT environment, helping users optimize their digital presence while enjoying the vibrant lifestyle of Athens.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level technical support for search engine tools to Swedish-speaking business clients.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex customer inquiries within the IT industry ecosystem.
Ensure high quality of service by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of evolving search algorithms and IT service standards.
Collaborate with international technical teams to resolve product-related issues efficiently.




Maintain detailed case documentation in our internal CRM systems to ensure transparent reporting.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction metrics for the search engine platform.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen technical expertise and product knowledge.
Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written).
Professional level of English for internal communication.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong affinity for technology and a desire to build a career in the IT industry.
Previous experience in customer support, digital marketing, or technical troubleshooting is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
